International Guest Center
The International Guest Center at Liv Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services for international patients visiting the hospital.
Our staff comprises interpreters, international patient coordinators, and physicians dedicated exclusively to the follow-up care of international patients. The International Guest Center team meticulously plans and coordinates all aspects of the visit, from managing medical consultations to ensuring the comfort of our patients and their families throughout their stay.
Standard Services:
Our standard services are available to all patients and are organized according to their individual needs. These services include:
- Medical second opinion with estimated treatment cost
- Medical appointment scheduling
- Translation services for multiple languages:
- Translation of medical records to English
- Transfers to and from both Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen airports
- Transfers to and from hotels booked by the Liv Hospital International team
- Visa support
- Financial arrangements with all international insurance companies and direct billing to those with whom we have agreements. Please see the “Insurance We Accept” section.
Premium services:
- The International Guest Services team provides personalized services upon request from patients or their families. Our staff is committed to exceeding your expectations by fulfilling your needs. Upon request, we will provide the fees for the premium services listed below:
- VIP pickup from the aircraft
- Individual VIP transfer for patient and family
- Wellness services upon request
- Premium hospital room
- Private nursing services
- Specialized nutrition services (Kosher, Vegan)

- Bosphorus tour
