Earlier in her career, she worked as a General Practitioner for the Coast Guard Western Black Sea Group Command in Amasra, Bartın, where she developed a deep commitment to precision, discipline, and patient-centered care.

She also performs reconstructive surgeries, flap operations, hand surgery, and tumor excisions. In addition, Dr. Aydemir provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, mesotherapy, and laser applications, focusing on enhancing natural beauty through subtle and balanced outcomes.

An active contributor to scientific research, Dr. Aydemir co-authored the publication “Outcomes of Wide-Awake Flexor Tendon Repairs in 58 Fingers and 9 Thumbs” in The Journal of Hand Surgery. Her specialization thesis, “Outcomes of Amniotic Membrane Use in Flexor Tendon Repair Surgery,” demonstrates her commitment to evidence-based innovation and improving surgical techniques.
