International Guest Center
The International Guest Center at Liv Hospital offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of international patients.
Our team consists of:
- Interpreters
- International patient coordinators
- Physicians dedicated exclusively to the care and follow-up of international patients
The International Guest Center carefully organizes every step of the patient journey — from medical consultations to ensuring the comfort of patients and their families throughout their stay.
Standard Services:
- Translation services in multiple languages
- Translation of medical records into English
- Transfers from/to Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen airports
- Transfers from/to hotels arranged by the Liv Hospital International team
- Visa support
- Financial arrangements with all international insurance companies, including direct billing with contracted insurers (see “Insurance We Accept” section)
Premium services:
Our International Guest Services team provides personalized services tailored to patient and family requests. Fees for premium services are provided upon request.
Available premium services include:
- VIP pickup directly from the aircraft
- Individual VIP transfers for patient and family
- Wellness services (on request)
- Premium hospital rooms
- Private nursing services
- Specialized nutrition (Kosher, Vegan, etc.)
- Istanbul city tours
- Bosphorus boat tours
