Global medical tourism is progressing in an increasing trend. In this development, countries that make a difference with their services as well as medical results come to the forefront. Turkey has made significant progress in the global health tourism market since the early 2000s. Turkey has managed to become one of the top 10 countries in the world in health tourism economically. As healthcare industry leaders, we need to step up our creative solutions in this area by joining hands with all stakeholders / parties, not just hospitals. With this perspective, we organize a conference on the issue of providing multicultural guest services in every field from the provision of Medical Services to Hospitality Services, Patient Care services, logistics and all support services that will shed light on better services.
