Researches and Articles:
- He has over 60s scientific papers and articles. Some of them published in the international periodicals. He has also authored chapters in 4 books in Turkish and translated chapters form English to Turkish in one book in the field of ophthalmology.
- Since 1977, he attended many of the ophthalmology congresses, courses, symposia and other scientific meetings arranged in Turkey. He presented papers in many of them.
- He also attended various congresses, symposia and courses in United States, Netherland, England, Singapore, Cyprus, Sarajevo, Greece, Egypt, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Sweden, Austria and Spain. He also presented papers in some of these congresses.
- In addition to his professional work, he is musician, researcher, and compiler on Turkish Folk Music. He worked as the Chairman of Turkish Folk Music Band of University of Istanbul that he was a founder of it, for 20 years (between 1975-1995).
- He has folkloric articles in some periodicals and magazines. He also has many folk songs performances on radios, stages and in the YouTube. He is published a university textbook on Turkish Folk Music (Türk Halk Müziği), Arı Sanat Yayınevi, İstanbul 2015, 208 pgs.
- He also written another book named “Opinions about Turkish Folk Music Radio Broadcasts” (Türk Halk Müziği Radyo Yayınları Hakkında Görüşler), Arı Sanat Yayınevi, 2025, 323 pgs.
